Ianoula runs this restaurant together with her son Vangelis and her husband Panagiotis. Originally they are farmers: almost all the ingredients Ianoula uses in her kitchen are local and fresh. Vegetables, meet and fish but also chickpea’s, anise and all kinds of herbs.
She invites us in her kitchen to create a beautiful, typical Greek lunch. And of course our cooking efforts will be rewarded with a fantastic meal. We meet at 11:30h at Meltemi for a coffee.
